How We Store Your Work
We save all original audio tracking, video assets, and programming code directly onto local, physical hard drives. These drives are locked in our secure workspace at 1611 NW Marshall Street. We only transfer your files over secure networks or deliver them to you directly on encrypted physical memory cards.
Intellectual Property & Master Rights
Traditional music companies require you to hand over your copyrights in exchange for studio time or a cash advance. We believe that is a bad deal that robs you of your future earnings.
You Own 100% of What You Write
When you pay us a flat fee for studio time, recording, mixing, or video work, you retain complete ownership of the resulting files. We make no claim on your song compositions, master recordings, or visual style. Once your invoice is settled, the files belong completely to you.
Partner & Roster Exceptions
If we agree to a percentage-based royalty tracking deal to distribute your music and recover missing income, those specific revenue splits will be written down clearly in a separate, simple contract. We will never bury hidden ownership clauses in your standard studio booking sheets.
Standard Terms of Collaboration
We like to keep our business conversations straight, honest, and direct. Here is how we run our operations and what we expect from anyone who works with us.
Flat Rates & Booking Deposits
We charge flat, honest rates for all packages and hourly bookings. We require a 50% deposit upfront to lock in your studio dates or initiate a computer build. The remaining balance must be paid before we deliver your final master stems, release files, or physical server equipment.
Respecting the Workspace
Our physical office is a clean, focused, and productive environment. We do not tolerate drug abuse, aggressive behavior, or disrespect within our Slabtown workspace. We reserve the right to cancel any active session or end any contract immediately if these standards are violated, without refund of your deposit.
